I'm currently working with a well-established Microsoft Partner based in Berkshire who are looking to bring an ERP Support Consultant into their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ERP support experience who's looking for a hybrid role, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to work in a friendly and collaborative environment.

💼 The Role:

• Providing 1st & 2nd line application support across ERP platforms

• Troubleshooting functional and technical issues for end-users

• Managing and progressing support tickets

• Liaising with consultants and technical teams to resolve complex issues

• Supporting upgrades, testing, and documentation processes

✅ The Ideal Candidate:

• Background in ERP support (any system)

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Able to handle multiple tickets and clients confidently

• Great communication skills and team mindset

• Consultancy or Microsoft Partner experience is a bonus
